Presented in a simple and effective way, including all of the relevant information without overcomplicating or getting too much in to the detail.
I had to sit the test a few times because there was simply way too much detail to retain compared to the others.
The course covered all topics well and was explained in layman terms without too much jargon. Even anyone with a HSE background it is a good refresher. Well presented and to the point.
It would have been useful to have a print out of the figures as unless you are familiar with them they are difficult to remember.
The explanations of each area of risk, responsibility and appropriate actions were very well put and gave me a good insight into what we need to do and the part I can play in this over and above my areas of responsibility, it did clear up a lot of myths and gave you a good insight and understanding into all aspect of H&S, and that the H&SE; are there to help us to protect all parties and safeguard the business from risk as well as staff, visitors and contractors.
