Generally informative, although some of the questions were possibly irrelevant and testing memory rather than understanding. Asking how many absence days could have been replaced with more questions about my responsibility with regards to health and safety in my organisation.

Not everything was relevant for my role, but understand that H&S is important for all employee's .

Clear understanding, good refresher, these courses help to keep you upto speed with the information provided, for your daily duties at work.

The course itself was really good. I think the test questions that are asking for numeric/stats answers are a bit unfair. There are lots of stats in the course and you would need an amazing memory to remember them all. Or a warning to write them down would be needed. The knowledge based questions are better to see if the candidate has understood the content.

The course was easy to follow and understand. I can't give it five stars as one of the multiple choice questions was incorrect or possibly out of date, so may require some closer fact checking.

Certain questions in the course could be subject to personal interpretation, with potentially 2 possible correct answers.

exactly the information you need, clear and concise, not overly complicated! Like the questions throughout before the test to keep you engaged.

The course was relevant to my areas of responsibility, it was delivered at a very good pace and the content covered all aspects of the subject that I would of expected and additional areas that gave me a wider understanding of the subject, overall easy to access, easy to follow.

This course was very informative and gave an excellent overview of H&S. I found some of the questions in the test slightly confusing! Nonethe less I cannot criticise the course.

Many of the questions at the end related to figures such as number of deaths, injuries etc; knowing numbers doesn't really help me manage risk
