It is a simplistic overview - with a feel of a non-manufacturing focus. The over-playing of the benefits of on-line training within an on-line training course smacks of self advertisement rather than rational discussion on the pros and cons of training methods. Face to face training with a good instructor will always allow for better understanding of how well training has landed.
It was was very interesting listening easy carried
You can't fast forward the course if you know the answers, the course is long and a bit frustrating, but good overall.

The test was more about remembering stuff that came up in the course rather than what you would do in a given situation, which I think would be more beneficial.Remembering how many people go off sick due to stress could be replaced with - how would you deal with someone who was identified as being stressed so it doesn't turn into a sick day - and give them various options to choose.
Very good and very helpful even though i failed it 2 times due to reading the questions wrong my fault entierly but on the 3 i got them right after reveiwing the answers and videos and on the 3rd i got those correct and got 1 wrong after
Would have preferred the assessment not to have questions on statistics but have the whole focus on understanding, knowledge and application of the legislation and responsibilities, but maybe this is because I have a poor memory for stats!
the framework should allow users to fast forward with aspects to speed up time on the basis they are familiar with the content.
Lot to do with Laws in England and Wales, Could be more tailored to Irish Law.
