A recommended basic first step for those employees with H&S supervisory or management responsibilities, an ideal e-learning course. However, it should not be seen as an alternative to more in-depth interactive courses such as IOSH managing safely or similar, or indeed that of a professional qualification such as the Nebosh general certificate in occupational H&S. iHASCO have produced an informative and valuable course also endorsed by IIRSM, a nationally recognised professional membership organisation.
