I have now implemented many changes to my home-work environment and equipement. I also follow prescribed 20 20 eye exercise which I find is beneficial. Removing clutter is also a valid safety point.

I do not totally agree with the section encouraging individuals to work in public places like coffee shops or libraries. Using public wifi networks in these instances is not always secure, and could present data security risks. There should be a caveat in there prompting people to check with their IT security teams before doing so.

Having used several of these online training platforms over the course of my career I think this is the best one. Nicely presented, clear, concise and realistic in the advice provided.
Partial repeats of other courses but particularly fresh good ideas for fire safety, safeguarding with buddy an visitors.
Very good advice for setting up an appropriate work station, tips on DSE and dealing with mental health and isolation when home working for long periods of time.
