This Health and Safety for Homeworkers was very comprehensive and concise. The videos were excellent, the script was excellent and user friendly. The good thing about this course was the ability to review and fully digest the information.
The advice about posture was useful. Some of the information wasn't relevant to my situation but I understand it has to be generic.
