It was good to have a brief refresher course and I learnt a few things that I didn't know about home working within the course.

When working through this course, I realised there were things that I needed to address. A very good course that covers all topics, introducing and assessing the risks.
Mostly reminders of things I already knew. Useful reminder of manual handling, and also good on stress and issues of lone working. Made me look around and sort out a few hazards, but thankfully most things were already ok. Helpful for domestic safety as well as working from home.
as someone who doesn't usually work from home this gave me all the information I needed
I thought this course had a good mix of legal and general good advice, clearly explaining employer and employee responsibilities. My only very slight concern is in elation to the 'buddy system' slides. We have a mobile workforce of around 600 people. They all have good contact points but we do not have a process in place for them to inform the business when they return home in the evening, not sure this is necessary or required. One for me to consider....and maybe a point for you to cover in your slides.
