Easy to follow and clear
Not clear that the questions answered at the end of each section weren’t part of the assessment. Final written test an outdated method of assessment, no stimulus material or visual element.

Unfortunately I lost interest half way through. It just too long and felt solely like a tick box exercise rather than actually being there to inform and help employees.

I am not picking telephone as the best option of staying in touch with colleagues as I don't have one! I find email or software such as teams / messenger / zoom much better. Now I scored 90% not 100%.
A good recap on several important points for me to reflect on, along with learning some other relevant safety points and information to consider.
