Not too intensive but covered all of the basics.
The course covered all aspects of working from home which included health and safety as well as stress control. Very good.
The course is very thorough, both in the advice given and in the test at the end. All aspects of working at home are covered in a clear way that makes the advice easy to understand and to follow.
