I found the training instructive and engaging. There was a good mix of actors and graphics. The topics covered were relevant to my home situation and the principles were demonstrated in a clear and practical way.
I understand the videos have been separated out into their different topics/subtopics, but some videos end so abruptly I barely took in what they were about.
