An excellent and engaging course

A very engaging course, utilising intelligent graphics to impart useful information. The majority of the information you will have known already, but a great way of brining that information back to life.

Clear and concise training material

Excellent clear and concise training material

It helped with awareness

Very helpful to go through the sections and consider/re-consider the different aspects relevant to one's safety and well-being when working from home.

very comprehensive

good all round course, it highlights the communication and support i should have from my employer re: homeworking... but don't.

It was clear and concise

Did everything correctly I feel, although the question I got wrong was poorly described:- placing an item down "straight" (back straight I thought it meant) in the 'correct place' (can't remember exact wording, but sounds like a non-hazard position) can be miss-interpreted as being more right than just putting it down 'as soon as possible' (in the wrong place as a hazard I read this as) then adjusting it "later" (what is "later", I read this as potentially laying as a hazard for an hour or so).

Very easy to understand.

Q2: Not sure why I did it wrong 😉, Please see below:http://www.dsfire.gov.uk/YourSafety/SafetyInTheHome/SmokeAlarms/index.cfm?siteCategoryId=1#:~:text=To%20keep%20your%20smoke%20alarm,whole%20unit%20every%20ten%20years
