A good reminder of some basic points. Useful tips for posture and typing positions.
When you are talking about talking to people on the phone rather than emailing them, to avoid feeling isolated, you need to add in that Zoom etc calls are now a possibility, and are one better than phone calls
The training was well structured (flowed well), run at a nice pace and easily followed.
I think this trainng is fine for moving forward where homeworking becomes commonplace but I am not sure it is realistic/real for lockdown home working, so moving forward this is good and I take it H&S assessments on home working as we move out of lockdown will be updated to go along with the training.
Some excellent tips for homeworking and good that it's available in several languages. However, but the training is clearly out of date advising learners that they should communicate by phone not email with co-workers. The whole world has been communicating by video conferencing since the introduction of the lockdown in March 2020 and this has to be the next best thing to meeting physically face to face
It was good to have a refresher, it reminds you of what you need to do at home or in work.
An essential course to ensure that home workers are informed about all aspects of health and safety.
