This is a good training exercise for all homeworkers. It's not too long and there are sufficient exercises to maintain interest. Also a good refresher if you already have some knowledge of health and safety when homeworking.
The video format of this training course was very comprehensive and easy to follow. Much more effective than text-based training courses I've taken in the past.
