I found the course thorough in covering a range of topics that will be useful to know when working from home.

An easy-to-follow course, which was informative and understandable. I liked the visual presentations as well.
I found this course to be very informative and easy to understand. It was also helpful to have the transcript as well as the subtitles as I was encountering an issue with the volume on my laptop. Would recommend everyone to complete this course, even if it is just as a refresher to what you think you know.

easy to follow although some of the shortest items could be combined to make less stopping and starting
I liked that each slide was short and snappy didn't drag on too long and result in me losing interest. Kept me engaged hence 100% pass rate thank you
Very informative course explaining everything you need to know for home working. Easy to understand at just the right pace and without overloading you with too much information.
I found the course very useful and it would have been an advantage when i first started working from home but who knew we would be thrown into a Pandemic! I had no idea that i should have a smoke alarm in every room besides the bathroom and that i should realistically have 5 fire extinguishers as no particular one can extinguish all fires. Manual Handling, safety in the workplace and family and friends knowing when i am in work and not in work is common sense. Caring role (children) was not applicable to me and during lockdown periods for parents it wouldn't have been applicable as childcare settings were shut. It was a worth while course to complete none the less as i did learn from it.
A very interesting and informative course. There are a couple of things that I do need to put in place in the home of which I hadn't realised I needed to do.
