Extremely useful course, which has provided me with a refresher on Health and Safety and aspects of working from home. A good general view, picking up the many hazards people face each day.

I started doing the training last Thursday but couldn't complete as there were problems throughout the day with the internet etc. so had difficulty accessing the training. It might have been easier for me to re-do the course yesterday rather than finish the test & go through certain parts of the training.

Very useful training for people working from home that covers lots of different areas. I had previously completed a home working DSE so felt my equipment set up was fairly good, but have made a couple of changes. It was very helpful to go through manual handling, security, communication and what to do in an emergency. It is helpful to know who I would need to contact and who is there to assist me while I am not in the office.
Mostly common-sense things. But it is helpful to get a brush-up on the health & safety basics. It's also good to know some of the legal side-of things too.
