Personally I learn better by reading - and found that the constant videos with no interactive or reading text very dull and draining. In the end I put the subtitles on and just read the training for the majority, although it was too slow to be that efficient. I am aware that some people are visual learners - so have only given a 4 for this as its a personal preference.
I found this section very interesting. I have requested equipment to work from home via Access to Work. Hopefully this will be agreed by my manager and I will be able to work comfortably with the right equipment as described in the training sessions. In the office I have a specialist chair which I was provided with via Access to Work previously so I have requested this for home working too.
Short chapters and visual videos meant it was easy and interesting to follow
