- Substantially duplicates other mandatory training such as health and safety awareness, health and safety for managers, display screen equipment for home, display screen equipment for office - Requires ticking having confirmed other policies which require reading and watching additional documents and filling in other forms, the time for which was not budgeted into the training requirements - As usual, standard RP accent used by presenter - I don't find the sample of tranings I have done portray a diverse and inclusive view of the public service as representing the diverse public we serve

A good well thought out training course
I found this H/S training from home knowledgeable, it will enable to demonstrate when at home and in my working environment.
One can't fast forward the section one knows from various other company inductions
This was particularly useful reminder of the differences to consider for homeworking. The focus on social isolation and preparing for risks from fire etc in the home were helpful. Signs of stress were useful and could be improved with more suggestions on ways to better manage stress. I liked the reminder that home workers cannot be family carers at the same time.
