Box ticking exercise to cover the Company
Enjoyed the course, delivery was smooth and easy to understand and covered all aspects of health and safety whilst working from home and some tips to implement it running smoother.
I felt like it was a useful way of training but lots of the videos were between 20-50 seconds; I don't know why they couldn't just be in a couple of more lengthy videos for each section.

The interface was user friendly and comfortable to look at. The video sections were separated into many parts and although it is a good idea especially for people who don't have much time, I feel it is excessive in some parts and could be somewhat condensed.

I learnt that I have been sitting too low as my arms haven't been at a right angle and my wrists have been bent. I also didn't realise that you were supposed to test your smoke alarms every week and that they needed to be vacuumed cleaned, but this does make sense. All the information was clearly presented and the course was just the right length of time.
