Found it a slog as it was too long. It would have been more effective if broken down into two parts.

This training clearly explains the expectations when working from home and who is responsible. It also lists who to contact for help and support.
I think this course will have no / very little effect in lowering accidents or injuries.A more useful thing would perhaps have been simply a picture of someone with good posture and keyboard/screen setup and some text explaining what the good setup is. Everything else felt pointless.
Very informative
I have a 'varier balans' chair. Most of the 'how to use a chair' section is irrelevant.
With increase in WFH this was a useful reminder. Some of us are perhaps less aware of the responsibilities for CPC and ourselves.

Good summary of relevant H&S but repeats content of other courses taken
