The presenters were very good and engaging, making it very easy for me to concentrate on the material. I liked that each subsection was controlled by a "Next" button, and each subsection was relatively small in duration. It allowed an easy replay. I also like that the number of sections completed and total number of sections in the course was tracked, and that an estimate of the duration of the course was given at the beginning - which helped me decide how to fit it into my schedule. All in all, a very professional training program.

As above, but advice on whether to have one or two keypads seemed contradictory between comments in video and summary at the end of that section. Otherwise all good and comprehensive.

This was a waste of time. It had lots of overlap with other trainings by the same provider. I feel bad rating it so low, but really think my employer's workplace services lead must not have done the training herself. It was way too long to be engaging.
Really liked the part on manual lifting. Easy to follow and remember
Well constructed course. It held the attention well and was at a comfortable pace. Helpful without being patronizing
This was useful as a general overview of safety but as I am based overseas a lot of the content was not valid to me.
