This training was very good and clear prepared, a lot of interesting and useful information.
Top quality training, and delivered at my convenience (!). Much better than death-by powerpoint delivered by unskilled Museum staff, and saves me a 50 mile drive, plus I can complete it when it suits me, and whilst wearing my oldest gardening trousers. I guess another bonus is that everybody gets the same messages. Would have been 5 stars if the content had been a bit richer with video and animations rather than talking head
