I found this course to be very clear and easy to follow and at the same time gaining valuable knowledge.

I found the use of short clips (one less than 20 secs) very irritating and distracted me from the course content. Please trust your audience - we are able to concentrate for more than a few seconds at a time.
Clearly explained; small chunks; transcript helpful; contents list helpful. The trickiest thing was remembering the figures.
