I was disappointed that my score was not as good as I hoped as its one of my favourite subjects. A very good course.
The video in the course showing a First Aider administering an inhaler to a child was not terribly relevant to MGroup and our services, as was a child in a school with a teacher as a first aider so felt this could be a little more generic perhaps. Other than that the design of the course was easy to follow.
Quite a lot covered in a short time so a lot to remember. Although much is based on common sense questions are geared to specific answers

Great informative Health & Safety course - it was quite a lot to watch and take in the information. Perhaps you could have two smaller courses. Maybe you could introduce a new section for Covid - with more people working from home and ensuring the correct health & safety set up at home?
Highly recommended training for all workplaces
Broken up into bite sized pieces that were easy to assimilate and pay attention to. Very clearly spoken and enough diagrams and pictures to make it interesting.
