The Essential Health and Safety Training is thorough without being too heavy. It is varied using different trainers and the video clips are quite short but very informative. Overall it is just short of an hour with a 20 question , multiple choice test at the end.
I think this is a good general awareness training course. Perhaps some focused training courses on higher risk areas of the business (e.g. construction sites where applicable, operating site maintenance, client sites etc) would be useful
the best way to deliver training is in small bite size parts, not ram them into a 50 minute video.

The training has provided me with opportunity of knowing the meaning of signs and what to do.
Nice and easy method.
Covered all the basics, but some of the test questions could have a greater focus on practice. Is it really the most important thing to know percentages of this or that, perhaps at the expense of failing to cover things like not holding a door open with a fire extinguisher or not blocking an escape route with boxes or other things?
