Covers a lot of subjects , but not overwhelming, well presented.
The course was for general 'office work' - which is partly interesting but a lot of content of my daily activities were not discussed. For example moving between classroom or standing in front of a class teaching.
I like the delivery mode. Good standard of teaching and you can go back and refresh.
