The best Essential Health and Safety course I have ever done online, it covers everything you may need and think about it, life saving training.
This module is designed for a commercial/business kitchen not for the very specific needs of one in a clinical setting. In fact we have been forbidden to use some of the procedures described and others are outside our role.
Excellent Health and Safety Training. Did get a couple of questions wrong but this was because I wasn't paying as good attention as I should have been. However the training does give you the correct answer once you have answered the question so I know where I have gone wrong.

it was challenging enough without being over whelming the videos are good and preciseMay suggest if possible to move the play button to the same side of the video frame and the next slide button ..as it would take less time to access the next slide and make it flow quicker
