The course was basic but had enough information to help and was easy to understand. Delivered well.
I thought the course was very interesting and will make me more aware of hazards in the workplace and how to deal with them appropriately should they arise. Health and safety is everybody's responsibly at work as it keeps us all safe. The course was very straight to the point so you weren’t inundated with too much information which made it very clear.
It provided some useful information, which could be vital in future scenarios. An improvement would be to include more mini-tests to review the content in each section, so that you're better prepared for the final test.
Clear instructions allowing opportunity to go back if needed to check any section and allowing time to do the course at own pace.
