It was very hard to follow
I found this course to be very interesting, only issue was I pressed 1 answer by accident & couldn't correct it.
This course had many elements from other iHasco courses and was a great summary / reminder of those I had previously completed. Very fast paced and the right level of detail for an overview type course. Additional information was available if needed after each small section.
The course is clearly and informatively delivered over a number of different slides. I would suggest smaller 'bites' , perhaps of maximum 30 minutes to complete each course. 48 slides for the Level 2 Food and Hygiene is perhaps a bit too long.
This is a good course covering the essentials for the majority of MSV employees.
I really enjoy the online training. I take notes whilst watching and find it really helpful to be able to pause the video whilst doing so.
