the vids are not needed as a lot of the questions are common sense
I’ve rated this course five star because the course keep us up to date of health and safety hazards around the work place. Also highlighting that it is everyone’s responsibility to be safe and aware of dangers in a working environment. Most of all how to react and keep calm in a dangerous situation. This course is easy to access and you can look over the notes as many times as one likes to prepare the end of course questions.
Good, covers a number of areas and links between them. Some duplication with fire awareness.
Brief overview of H & S which was very useful
Learned a lot but despite a lot of notes and concentration, there were a few ambiguous questions... I should admit defeat but disappointed!!
Overall good test, shame the documents didnt load at the end but i got good service back and i had one left and i had to find out how to view all policies i agreed to and download it via that way. Overall great say of educating.

Really good and achieved a great understanding on the essential health and safety training, very well delivered and presented well.
Very easy to watch and understand.
I gained a lot of knowledge from completing this course. However, when taking the test, some of the questions asked 'what sign or symbol is this?' and purely provided an image of the symbol. As a totally blind person, this meant that I was unable to answer these questions independently. It would be useful if you provided descriptions of the symbols (as is done in the training videos) so visually impaired people could answer these questions easier. Alternatively, reverse the questions so instead of asking 'what symbol is this?', ask 'what does a warning sign look like?' Overall though, the course was useful and I could access most of it.
