I have learned a lot by taking part in the training

I retained all the information, it went through each section in enough detail, and found each short video easy to watch. It’s great to be able to access the course from any device!

All very interesting subjects

All fine - however....practice what you preach! I am a 76 Yr old volunteer - who of course hasn't volunteered for a year - covid etc. I have done courses like these when I worked - BUT - I am also on chemo - no big deal - but mindful of the above - I somewhat resent being 'reminded' I haven't completed the courses! Do not assume! Our circumstances vary - so check before reminding folk to complete your course. Thank you....

Easy to understand, well-structured.

I do most of this everyday in my workplace, however never really think about the danger or risk that I am putting myself in sometimes.

A very comprehensive course with excellent visual slides and succinct summing up after each section. It was easy to go back to previous sections if you needed to reinforce what you had listen to or read.
