More of this is relevant to my home life than to work. Using the computer at work is less than 1 hour a week. I enjoyed it though I don’t remember the hips and knees bit at all ! It also reassures me that I am doing my best at work.
The course covers the main basic information that staff would require to know and understand within the organisation.
