Very informative, clear and easy to follow. The speakers have clear, concise and friendly voices making the course interesting rather than tedious.
There was a good combination of direct talk, re-enactments and basic information. I was especially impressed by how convincing the actor was who fell off ladders, fell down steps and tripped over obstacles. Not sure if there could be something directed to wheelchair users - how to make the office environment safe and also how to push a wheelchair safely if required?
