I enjoyed participating in this training programme. It gave me good insight to health and safety procedures. I particularly enjoyed learning about the different signs (warning/prohibited/mandatory etc). I feel that the training was very informative, and I have taken a lot of information from it.

With a fairly decent broadband connection, I experienced constant buffering which resulted in each module taking 4 times longer to complete than stated. It may be prudent to reduce the quality of the videos slightly to minimise constant buffering.
