A good clear course but needs follow up at the site to understand who the key representatives are in the business. A good way to ensure everyone has a good base of knowledge.
my one criticism is, i couldn't find a way back to the test, after reviewing one section ,so had to start again

The only negative is that if you get a question wrong inbetween clips the whole screen goes black with a big X, and states that the website is not supported, when actually it means you got the question wrong and that you have to re-watch the clip and answer the question again. other than that it was easy to use
I found his course very easy to follow, it had interesting content and was also made more interesting with pictures and diagrams. i would recommend this course as its easy to follow and easy to understand.
Another informative course and well worth doing.
A waste of time - the only good thing is that I will retire/ quit before they can make me do this again
