Was a long course and very much office environment based and repeated a lot of fire awareness course
I learnt a lot from the course it helped me to understand how to maintain the standards that are important when cleaning as it will prevent me from not acting accordingly. Also it has shown me different ways in which I can carry out my role in the environment that I work in.

Covers essentials but with a lot of overlap with other more in depth courses. Being able to skip sections that you have already covered in other courses would be beneficial.
