Full value and well worth doing
It was good to watch the videos but also at the end of each video a script showing the main points. The explanations were clear and concise and easy to follow.

Great concise introductions and step by step descriptions with slides made it easy to follow and repetition helped to remember the truly important points.
The course was comprehensive and easy to understand, however rated 4 stars as sometimes video feed jumps and words lost in delivery of subject matter, interestingly this happened when I done the previous test with fire safety on the work station at head office. Weather this is a bandwidth issue is hard to say, but jumps in videos appear in same places when replayed back.
