Overall it was an excellent presentation that explained in clear easily understood short notes what HSE in the workplace is about. It’s not rocket science,it’s not complicated and armed with this knowledge each individual should have a core knowledge of what they need to do to keep themselves and their colleagues safe both at work and at home

The course moved at a good pace and was very informative. Great reminders for lifting, sitting, standing and what to do in an emergency.
Very clear. Good to be reminded of the basics, especially after working remotely for a long while this academic year. I enjoyed the quiz at the end.
