all the most important information was included in the training
I feel the videos are very well planned, small bursts of information enabling the learner to fully take it on board. I also feel the choice to use the transcript is a nice change to watching a video as again it allows the learner to absorb information. I also like when if a question is answered wrong in the test, you are taken back to that particular area of the video / transcript rather than from the beginning.

This training was a refresher in many ways, to bring this training up to date a section on COVID and how to manage the risks in the workplace would be beneficial. However I would recommend this training and the format to colleagues.
