Manual handling out of creates as a driver you have to bend your back could have done a bit more on this subject.
Highly recommended for all working people to undertake this safety course. It is unbelievable how simple mistake -both - in office as well as home can lead to hospitalisation !

I would recommend this course to anybody as I found it very useful and helpful. And deffently will help me in my work place.
Perhaps there should be a brief section on making sure employees look after themselves and know what to look out for with regards to the signs and symptoms of stress. Wellbeing sessions are taking place in many colleges.
A very worthwhile course to do.
