Not sure how relevant this course is to volunteers. A lot of time devoted to manual handling, slips and falls and posture at a desk, etc., none of which is useful to me as a Barn cinema steward. Electricity and fire are indeed relevant but are covered in a separate course. I think Fire Awareness would have been enough.
The videos were informative and presented well. I did find the very short videos distracting, no sooner had one started I had to press start for the next one. For me I would've preferred slightly longer videos with fewer breaks. If I do this again I wouldn't use my laptop as the screen is too small. But the videos were great, the presenters were pleasant and easy to listen to, but I did find the fire alarm in one of the videos distracting as I kept thinking it was in bldg 2..
