Absurd questions

Where should the light source be located when working at your 'work station...' How high should your knees be in relation to your hips when working at your desk? The training seems unrelated to the actual working conditions of St Christopher's.

Great mix of presenters/formats

I like this online training and thought the presenters and format were engaging. Only downside is that I am working from home so it would have been good to have a section specifically about that too.

4/5
Good, clear communication of facts

Well communicated course delivered at a good pace with a range of cut scenes to explain issues in different ways and offer best practice for minimising risks. However, this seemed to major on an office setting, not covering commercial and industrial settings and completely missing out on any outside issues, which is an important part of an ecologists job. That said, what it did cover was well rounded, although the multiple choice questions at the end were a little obvious.

Good, clear communication of facts

The course provided details of H&S issues at a good pace with varied cut scenes for examples of hazards and courses of action to minimise risks and extent of potential injuries. However, it seems to be aimed at mainly offices and did not cover trades, commercial or industrial settings and completely missed out any outside site issues, which is a major part of my industries work, as field work is an essential component for an ecologist. What it did cover was explained clearly though.

quite involved. a lot of information but

it would be very helpful to be able to go back over the training again even when you've passed the test. Also if you could answer the question and then have a chance to think about your answer and then click continue which then marks your answer. It's easy to click on the wrong answer by mistake.
