Excellent reminder and some new information about this highly important aspect of our responsibilities
Very nice to do.
This training was interesting and informative, while remaining easy to follow and well balanced. I felt it covered the required information in plan clear language and made to subject matter understandable. The only problem I had was that the computers in my work place would not paly the sound, but the ability to display the text overcame that issue.

I thought this was a very good way of GFSL providing courses due to the fact that they need to be more proactive in delivering moor face to face courses relating to requirement to sites so we can deliver services moor effectively like unvented hot water. and other similar course within core trades
I prefer this way of learning as you can press pause and complete it at your own speed.
