very much a beginners guide, a few tricky questions but all mostly obvious. Very clear but internet here is laggy.
A person can read far quicker in their head than the presenter can read aloud. There was no option to skip ahead after I had read the transcript, or to speed up the speaker's voice. This didn't take into account the needs of the trainee.
I found the training very informative and educational it was easy to follow and enabled me plenty of time to take notes as I progressed each topic. I did pick up on only one concern regarding safety when using step ladders, the lady open and locked into place the arms by pressing down in the centre part. My experience in life I have received shin pinches to the palm of my hand where the skin get caught and I feel safety gloves should have been worn. However found the training invaluable and while I have yet to explore it would be great if we have the ability to brush up and refresh our skills as we go along.
