very informative - useful information
1)Should your back be completely straight when sitting with good posture, or should there be a natural curve to the spine? Previous training with another company has said the latter. The arched answer is similar to natural curve, so the question is ambiguous. 2) Isn't the best source of lighting at a work station from overhead not the side? I agree not front or back. There wasn't an overhead option. Thanks for asking
There were many aspects to this training on the one subject of H&S and the key information was clearly put over. The coloured signage and graphics helped to get the crucial messages out to people. It was also very helpful to have the additional links with more detail for those with specific requirements in their jobs e.g. if working with hazardous substances or working daily with electrical equipment. The presenters were clear with good diction and had pleasing voices.

The slides and test are separate. It would be an idea to embed the test into the slides and make the experience more interactive.
