The course was good and to the point it did not over complicate any areas with jargon, exam at end was correct and did not deliberately try to trick you as education should be about passing on information for everyone's benefit.
Some of this content was covered in the manual handling training. There is quite a lot of content in this presentation for one sitting, it might be better split in to smaller segments, with periodic tests.
