A good revision for some of the other training sessions
For the general office environment, this is an effective course to learn the basics to keep you and your colleagues safe.
There was a lot I had covered before. However, with regards to managing fire was insightful. Posture in the workplace, safe surfaces and keeping spaces clear is always a key issue when filming on location.
Felt like re-doing some other of the training modules. If you've got a bit of common sense then you'll pass... if you haven't then you'll probably still pass

It repeated a lot of the content of the other courses. I understand that this is important but it did contain a lot of repetition. Having said that - it was easy to watch and to take in the information. Would be useful for someone who had no knowledge of health and safety.
