An excellent refresher course, well presented and illustrated with video examples. A great deal of content was well summarized in manageable chunks The content would be useful in different settings beyond the workplace.

I found this course very repetitive as I completed it after the Manual Handling, Fire Awareness and DSE short courses. This means there was a large amount of repetition from those modules. If it was completed as a standalone module then it would probably have been more interesting.
