The ability to stop and start the training suited my workload
I felt this course was valuable for life in general, in that it includes Health & Safety training that is pertinent for work as well as personal life. It encapsulates a range of subjects such as how to lift things safely, what to do if a hazardous substance enters your body and the importance of giving consideration to fire hazards, such as not letting your mobile phone get overheated by keeping it on charge. In addition, it made me think about not leaving combustible material near a potential or actual heat source.
