This was full of useful information and I learned a lot of practical tips for future handling. Content built on a recent warehouse role which I lifted and carried stored material. This helped me to contextualise the useful theory and will come in useful in the future. I will try to retain better posture at my desk and stay aware of my environment. I can be somewhat self-absorbed at times so will try to me more practical hereafter! Thank you.
