Each topic broken down into "small chunks" which were easy to understand. Also each topic had resources attached to it to assist if not sure about something. Although I have done health and safety training before, I found this course particularly clear and I learned new things that I didn't know before

Considering this was a reasonably short course the content was very informative, it would give anyone a good insight into correct policies and procedures needed for creating a safe place to work in.
I would suggest removing DSE and Manual Handling sections as these are covered in other courses, it would make the overall training a lot shorter. On a positive the videos are clear and concise and very well presented
Not as daunting as I first thought
Definitely useful it's like a memory reminder for health and safety which is very important for us all.
